Jomtien beach is nicer and bigger than that of Pattaya and its nightlife is very extensive.
Would you still visit Pattaya then it takes you a few minutes in a tuk-tuk to go to that bustling city.

The building from Thip condotel is clean and safe.
At the entrance you have a nice restaurant where you can have a good cup of coffee or a perfect breakfast/meal for a low price.

If the beach is to crowdy for you or you just want to relax at a very beautiful beach then we know a very special and unknown beach not far from Jomtien.
It’s big, not crowdy and realy beautiful. Also there is a big restaurant where you can enjoy good meal at normal prices.
